  Jerrick and Ivana were amazing to work with. Their professionalism and knowledge of the area are exactly what you would hope to find in a realtor. They took the time from the start to truly understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. If we called Jerrick about a property, he had an appointment lined up to view it almost immediately. He went out of his way to ensure that our dream home didn't slip away waiting for a response from him. He answered calls at all hours of the day and was never out of reach. We had very specific wants, and Jerrick and Ivana were beyond patient with all of our needs and questions. They helped guide us through the entire process, and continuously followed up with us through our closing date. If you are looking for a standout realtor that is willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Jerrick and Ivana!! The customer service they provide is beyond anything we could of hoped for!

  I have a home buying problem. I love buying new houses every few years. I'm not sure if it's just because I get bored of my surroundings, or if it's because I've used Jerrick and Ivana for all 7 of my buying and selling transactions and they make it such an easy process even back when I was 19 and buying my first home. All of my houses that I've sold went under contract within 36 hours to a week after being put on the market. They are extremely realistic about the true value of your home and what you can do to improve it prior to the sale. Despite how quickly I've sold after buying some houses, I always have managed to walk away with money in my pocket and I truly believe that is because of their marketing techniques and skill sets. As much as I love working with this incredible duo, they have just helped us find our forever home and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for all of your serious hard work, dedication, and support over the past 6 years while I worked up to finding the perfect home to raise my family in. Jerrick and Ivana don't just want to sell your house for you and find a new one, they truly want you to find the place that when you walk in makes you stop, take a minute and just say "Yes, this is it. This is where my family will grow."

  Our previous home buying experience was very disappointing and costly. From a home that wasn't up to par to a home inspector that missed the fact that the 8 year-old roof was in shambles and the septic field DIDN'T EVEN EXIST, we were very hesitant to ever trust a realtor or home inspector ever again. We took a chance with Jerrick and Ivana, and they have more than changed our views on the home selling and buying experience. They have been very patient, and we mean PATIENT!!! Due to our last experience, we were extremely picky in this particular process. Jerrick never once hesitated to give it to us straight. He was upfront and honest throughout the whole experience. We never once felt like he was just trying to make a sale. We asked for the very best home inspector this time and Jerrick and Ivana certainly found him for us. We have zero surprises with our new home. No stone was left unturned. We have confidence moving into our new home knowing it's in tip-top shape and we chose the right home. As far as selling our home for us, Jerrick was very realistic with our listing price, which allowed us to go under contract in roughly one month, and close in just a little over two months. We can not thank them enough for showing us that they had our best interests first and foremost throughout this process. We were more than just a sale to them.
